Catia vs Solidworks. [GENERAL] I recently downloaded the student version of Catia v5, and I have been using Solidworks for a couple of weeks now preparing to take the first level certification test. I've noticed that many companies (especially in aerospace) use/prefer Catia. However, Catia looks much more basic to me.
